Make a Wish!

I have a sister who will be having a birthday this coming weekend and I thought I would make her a card using her favourite colours.  I went all out and used more than one stamp set!
I am sure that she will be pleased with it. When we were little we loved to blow on these dandelion "fluff" not sure what else to call it, but it was fun!

I used Wink of Stella on the dandelion fluff. It is hard to get that to show in a photo but it sure looks good in real time :)
