What a great time we had this month and as usual Charlene sent out a link to us so that we could make a card and bring it to class.
And ummm I won again :) I get my free ink pad of my choice!!
THANK YOU CHARLENE!!! ( and Kim for picking my name hehehe)
here is the link to the sketch
and here is my take on the card sketch
these are the beautiful cards that we had made that day.
This first card is a quilted card we had a choice to emboss or not to emboss after adhering all the little squares. I chose to emboss. I love it!
here is card #2 this was also a fun one to make. Learned something cool.
This last card #3 was also a cool technique to learn. Using a flower punch to make the butterfly !
We were also shown the new stampin up insert to the score board. Needless to say we were shown how to make an envelope :)
Once I get the adtional links to the "how to's" I will update the post.
Until then happy scrappin'

Donna, I love ALL these cards -- but, my FAVORITE is the one you made to take to class!! Simple elegance!!!
ReplyDeleteYour quilted card is YUMMM!! I've wanted to give that technique a "try," myself! Love your color and pattern choices!
What punch did you use for card #3? Was it the Blossom punch? I plan to order it at my next S.U. meeting. (Ordered the stamp pad tower -- FINALLY -- this month. Should be delivered, today.) Sweet card!
Whatever punch you used, the SAME one was used for card #4, right?? Very pretty!!
I still can't believe the number of cards you make each meeting! My demo. arranges for only ONE and I'm usually one of the last to complete the thing!!
Grrreat work, my friend ~
Thank you Deb! I really liked how that card turned out.
ReplyDeleteThe color choices for the quilt card had already been picked out for us :) I also really liked the choices hehe
Now for the punch I am sure it was the blossom punch along with the modern label punch and the blossom bouquet triple layer punch!! pretty fancy flower hahaha
and card #4 yes the same blossom punch was used. Good eye :)
Charlene is really great at making us play with the SU products. Really glad I have her as my SU demonstrator!
