A Compendium of Curiosities vol 2 challenge #5

I just got my book!!!
I have always wanted to participate in this challenge but did not have my book.  In order to participate you need to own this book so that you can follow along.  I am hoping to participate in as many of the challenges as I am able to.

The challenge is being held over at Studio L3

Here is  my take on challenge  # 5 Shattered Stains pg 48
ps I am planning on doing the past 4 that I have missed.

    Donna, welcome to the CC2 Challenge! I'm so glad you joined in, and your debut piece is absolutely gorgeous! I love the little bird who busted out of her cage! Your shattered stain work is great, and the colors are lovely. Thank you for joining in- I can't wait to see more!
